1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

2. Eligibility and Registration

Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all associated funds forfeited.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the astar77 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

2.4 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact email. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination without recourse.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are wholly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. astar77 will never contact you by email, live chat, or any other channel to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — is your responsibility.

3.2 Suspected Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify astar77's support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. astar77 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation to protect your funds.

3.3 Account Inactivity

An account is deemed inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. astar77 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with our published fee schedule. Players will be notified by email prior to any such deduction. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the inactivity period lapses.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard KYC verification requirements being met.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Please refer to the Cashier section of the Platform for current limits. astar77 does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Once verified, standard withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, depending on the payment method selected. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may be processed faster subject to network confirmation times. astar77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) by default unless the player selects a supported cryptocurrency option. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are determined at the time of the transaction and are non-negotiable once confirmed.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by astar77 are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, and validity periods. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period, after which any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

astar77 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using automated software or bots, placing low-risk combination bets specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, and any other behaviour deemed by astar77 to constitute exploitation of promotional terms. astar77 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and associated winnings where abuse is reasonably suspected.

5.4 Promotional Changes

astar77 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or expire any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to an active promotion at the time of modification will be notified of any material changes where reasonably practicable.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the astar77 Platform — including slots, live casino tables, blackjack, sportsbook markets, and basketball betting — is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the conflict relates specifically to game mechanics, in which case the specific game rules apply.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game round or bet, astar77 reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return any staked funds to the player's account. astar77 shall not be liable for any claimed winnings resulting from a technical error.

6.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the astar77 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or gain advantage on the Platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any such bugs must be reported to astar77 immediately.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Accessing the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other masking technology.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the astar77 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface designs, and branding elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of astar77 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of astar77. Unauthorised use of astar77's intellectual property may give rise to legal action.

8. Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

astar77 takes responsible gaming seriously. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we are committed to providing tools and resources to support player wellbeing.

8.1 Age Restriction

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, astar77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes or game results.
• Interruption of service due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses arising from reliance on information, statistics, or odds displayed on the Platform.

astar77's total liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination and Suspension

astar77 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account where:

• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, dishonest, or unlawful activity.
• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player is found to be under the age of 21.
• A self-exclusion or responsible gaming referral has been flagged.
• Regulatory or compliance obligations require us to do so.

Upon termination for cause, any bonus funds will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances may be returned to the player at astar77's discretion following a full investigation and subject to applicable withdrawal conditions.

12. Amendments to These Terms

astar77 may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 3.4 above.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
